This website

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking. That's why there's no cookie banner — there is nothing to consent to. The calculator on our homepage runs entirely on your own screen; nothing you enter is sent to us. If you email us, we receive what you send.

Business-to-business outreach

We contact recruitment agencies in England about our services. For that we hold limited business contact information — company name, business role, business email address and business phone number — gathered from public sources such as company websites and the Companies House register. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: business-to-business marketing of relevant services, addressed to corporate subscribers in line with the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations. We screen numbers against the TPS and CTPS before any call.

Opting out is one word. Reply "no" to any email, or tell us on a call, and we will not contact that business again. We keep a minimal suppression record so the opt-out sticks permanently.

Clients

When we build systems for a client, any personal data inside that work is handled under a written services agreement and data-processing terms, with every third party that would touch the data named to the client in advance. Client data stays in the client's systems; we don't host it and we never use it for anything except the engagement.

Keeping and deleting

Business correspondence and records are kept for up to six years, as company law expects. Prospect contact details we no longer need are deleted. Suppression records are kept so opt-outs are honoured.

Your rights

UK GDPR gives you rights over personal data we hold about you — access, correction, erasure, restriction, and objection (including to direct marketing, which we always honour). Email info@apexagentsystems.co and we'll respond within a month. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
